Over the years, I’ve led transformation programmes that have touched hundreds of leaders, thousands of employees, and billions in revenue. For BT, I led one of their largest FS contracts, spearheading a complex global transition worth c£450m, overseeing hundreds staff across onshore and offshore teams, while delivering nearly double the year-end margin target. In another major programme, I drove transformational change in Lloyds Banking Group through a significant technical and service redesign, and new product launch, ensuring teams were engaged, resilient, and fully equipped to deliver change successfully.
